Opened position in Chandrapur , Bihar and Odisa.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with Construction, RMC, Building materials, Cement, Steel, Aggregates etc.
• Qualification: Degree / Diploma in any engineering
• Hands on experience in Project / Retail Sales
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi & Local Language.
• Must have Market Knowledge of Particular Zone (Chandrapur - Maharashtra).

Role:

• Looking after "Aggregates" sales in the assigned area along with support in operations team.
• Achieving Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Sales targets and the monthly Collections target
• Do the cold calls on daily basis
• Good Experience of Sales in Project Sales like meeting with Dealers, Builders, Contractors, PMC for Lead Generation of assigned areas and generating business through them.
• Creating healthy relations with New & Existing Project partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to the clients.
• Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.
• Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.
• Assisting operation in process of sale order and payment follow up.
• Implement all promotional activities
• Plan and Achieve assigned sales and collection target.
