Roles and Responsibilities Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, leveraging expertise in B2B & B2C sales, pitching, and negotiation. Generate leads by identifying new business opportunities, building networks, and representing the company at industry events. Oversee lead generation efforts using CRM tools and market intelligence to drive growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, coordinating design development with project management. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience in architecture or interior design sales or related field (real estate). Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification required; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in generating revenue through innovative sales techniques and relationship-building skills.
