We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Digital CFO. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies and expanding our customer base to achieve the company's revenue targets. The position requires travel based on need and will report to CEO.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets.Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales team.Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and quotas.Conduct effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing client companies.Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing.Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events (depending on business needs).
