Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales team and developing sales strategies to increase the company's revenue. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients and their data.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have the geographical and places knowledge of Uttarakhand.
• Should have the good knowledge of the computer and web.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
