Role Overview: As a Sales Manager in the Crusher Industry, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong customer relationships within the mining and construction equipment sector. Your expertise in crushing equipment and industry networking will be crucial in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide post-sales support. - Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review. - Collaborate with internal teams such as technical, service, and logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Keep abreast of industry trends and monitor competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Demonstrated track record in B2B industrial sales, particularly in Crusher, Mining Equipment, or Heavy Machinery segments. - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities. - Willingness to travel extensively to meet client needs.
