Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, generating leads, conducting market research, managing negotiations, and delivering presentations to clients to drive property sales.

Qualifications

Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data for strategic decision-making
Team management and leadership skills for guiding and motivating the sales team
Familiarity with real estate practices and laws is beneficial
Self-motivation, organizational abilities, and goal-oriented mindset
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
