Job Description

I need an accessories sales manager for our Hyundai and Mahindra showroom, experience in accessories sales for new vehicles, and the ability to sell accessories to customers.

ey Responsibilities:

Promote and sell genuine vehicle accessories to new car buyers and walk-in customers.
Achieve monthly accessory sales targets as set by management.
Provide product demonstrations and explain the value and benefits of accessories.
Coordinate with the sales team to maximize accessory sales with every new vehicle delivery.
Train and motivate the showroom sales team to upsell accessories.
Manage inventory, ensure timely availability, and maintain proper display of accessories.
Monitor customer feedback and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive accessories sales (preferably with Hyundai/Mahindra or other reputed brands).
Strong knowledge of automotive accessories and their applications.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Ability to lead and motivate sales staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
