Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager-Commercial Real Estate located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing tailored real estate consultancy. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills in commercial real estate
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of market research, analysis, and trends
  • Experience in preparing and presenting proposals and contracts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred
