Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for cold chain trucking (reefer vehicles, temperature-controlled transport).
Develop new business
and expand customer base.
Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships in FMCG, pharma, and perishable segments.
Manage key accounts and handle client negotiations.
Coordinate with operations for smooth and timely service delivery.
Track performance, prepare reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in cold chain / reefer trucking.
Strong sales, new business development, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of cold chain operations and service delivery.
