Sales Manager

JOB FUNCTIONS: 1.- Achieving the targets of Ad Sales and Bulk Ticket Sales assigned, periodically. 2.- Creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total sales of self and the region assigned 3.- Implementing all the task and reporting duties assigned. This include the Daily Activity Reports, Market Intelligence Reports, Competition Tracking report. 4.- Adhering to and monitoring the on-screen & off-screen inventory activation for client response. 5.- Coordinating with the site for managing the inventory more effectively and to the best profit of the company. 6.- Making 100% collection to the outstanding. 7.- Managing various MIS reports through Newspapers, TV, Local Radio 8.- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained. 9.- Create relations with the clients and agencies that result in meaningful information shared at the right time resulting in revenues for the company. JOB DIMENSIONS: 1.- There ́s no interaction with any issues relating to budget. 2.- Provides or arranges information to be used in budgeting. 3.- Analyzes and interprets numbers and budget analysis can be done against the real difference. 4.-Specific requirements for commercial budgets, production or expenditure. May be responsible for making the numbers. 5.- Respond directly budgeted figures and possible deviations from the real ones. 6.- Ultimately approves the budgets of the Company.
