Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through agency channel development.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in health insurance sales.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in agency sales or related field (health insurance preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in developing new business relationships and growing existing ones.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian insurance landscape, particularly in the health agency space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
