JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Manager (Channel/Enterprise Sales, Western India Region) Designation: Sales Manager (Western India Region) Department: Sales Job Location: Candidate must be based out of Mumbai or Gurgaon-Delhi-NCR Job Objective: To lead sales and business development efforts in the Western India (Maharashtra/Gujarat) region, targeting both channel and enterprise segments, to significantly enhance Our Client market presence and revenue growth in this territory. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Western India region, focusing on both channel and enterprise clients to bolster market share and sales volume. Build and maintain robust relationships with key channel partners and enterprise customers in Western India, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and aligning Our Client’ offerings to their requirements. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, assess competition, and adapt sales strategies to the regional dynamics of Western India. Lead and mentor the Western India sales team, setting clear objectives and providing the guidance needed to achieve sales targets and strategic goals. Liaise with Our Client’ national sales and R&D teams to ensure regional sales strategies are in sync with overall business goals and product development is informed by regional market insights. Manage and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives. Qualifications and Skills Required: BE/BTech or MBA with a proven track record in sales, ideally in the technology or AIDC sector. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets and strategic objectives. Residence in the Western India region or Gurgaon-Delhi-NCR, with comprehensive knowledge of the regional market dynamics and a well-established network. Proficiency in regional languages (Marathi/ Gujarati) is preferred Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a history of building and maintaining strong business relationships. Strategic and analytical thinker capable of managing complex sales cycles and leading a team to success in a competitive market.
