Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our channel agency team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success in driving business growth through effective channel partnerships.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, partners, and customers.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to optimize results.
Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management with a focus on channel agency development.
Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to analyze sales data.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
