Hindustan feeds is a market leader that has a strong presence in the cattlefeed industry with a rapidly growing business in Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve monthly/annual sales targets for the animal nutrition & health product portfolio.
• Drive sales of feed supplements, health boosters, and nutritional additives to dairy farmers, veterinarians, dealers, and large farms.
• Generate new business leads by identifying key clusters, high-yield dairy pockets, and progressive farmers.
• Conduct field demonstrations, on-farm trials

Farmer Engagement & Technical Support

• Conduct farmer meetings, village-level campaigns, and influencer programs.
• Provide technical advisory on ration balancing, feeding practices, and supplement usage.
• Address customer queries related to nutrition, digestion, milk yield, immunity and health.

Channel Management

• Build and manage a strong dealer/distributor network for nutrition & health products.
• Ensure stock availability, forecasting, and timely order execution.
• Track dealer performance and provide periodic training to channel partners.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
