Job Description

Catalyst Education looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

4. Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

5. Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. Proven sales management experience in edu tech.

2. Strong leadership and management skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
