Job Description

  • The Sales Manager CASA is responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base, cross-selling ficial products, and managing the overall performance and profitability of the branch
  • This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of retail liabilities, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence
  • Drive enhancement of the deposit pool through acquisition and deepening of customer relationships
  • Establish and maintain high standards of customer service delivery
  • Achieve cross-sell targets for non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings
  • Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement
  • Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms
  • Manage productivity, performance, and morale of the branch team
  • Take full ownership of the branch s break-even and P&L performance
  • Liaise with product, marketing, and other verticals for new product development, service enhancements, and sales initiatives
