Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager - Car Loans in the Retail Banking department, your primary role will involve acquiring new Car loan customers in the identified segment. You will be responsible for surpassing the defined targets of new customer acquisitions on a monthly basis by analyzing the transaction banking needs of customers. Providing regular feedback to the Relationship Manager on opportunities and customer needs will be crucial. It is essential to adhere to selling norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization, ensuring strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. Quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your secondary responsibilities will include creating an environment for the team to focus on digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically and driving initiatives to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets. In terms of managerial and leadership responsibilities, you will be evaluated based on key success metrics such as Disbursals, Growth metrics, File to disbursal conversion, TPD, and Insurance penetration. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Proven track record in sales and customer acquisition - Strong understanding of banking products and services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets Please note that this job opportunity is based in Pan India.,
