Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products. Your main focus will be on aggressively increasing sales numbers, enhancing client relationships, and expanding the customer base for repeat business or referrals. Additionally, you will need to maximize sales through networks and relationships, develop strong liaisons with clients, and optimize team productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for Retail loan products through cross-selling - Retain and expand the company's customer base for retail loan products - Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals - Manage a team of relationship managers to ensure team results are achieved - Lead ground lead generation activities for Sales - Implement growth agenda through training, motivation, and deployment strategies for the team - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on market understanding - Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, company processes, policies, and reports Qualification Required: - Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products.
