Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Sector 14, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in FMCG sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibility

Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate and key accounts.
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively.
Understand and align offerings to customer needs and expectations.
Prepare and implement strategic sales plans.
Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
Monitor and manage the sales process from inquiry to closure.
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
Contribute to team hiring and training as needed.
Drive motivation and performance across the sales team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
Strong skills in FMCG sales, marketing, B2B sales, Horeca, corporate marketing, food production, beverage, and business development.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
