**Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales Manager – Credit Life** to drive business through channel partners, NBFCs, and banking relationships. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Credit Life products and proven experience in achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Generate business for Credit Life products through NBFC & Banking partners.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Conduct product training and support to channel teams.
* Ensure compliance, documentation, and high-quality customer service.
* Drive cross-sell opportunities and business growth activities.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
* Experience in Life Insurance / Credit Life sales is mandatory.
* Strong relationship management and communication skills.
* Target-oriented with good analytical and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and with channel partners.
