Sales Manager - Business Loans - Micro Business Loans

You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved for Retail loan products by aggressively increasing sales numbers through cross-selling and enhancing client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: - Retaining and expanding the company's customer base for retail loan products to encourage repeat business and referrals - Maximizing sales through networking and maintaining strong client relationships - Developing and maintaining liaisons with clients to promote repeat business or referrals - Ensuring timely processing of files from the login stage to disbursement by coordinating with internal departments (Operations and Credit) - Optimizing team productivity by effectively managing relationship managers to achieve team results and meet business targets - Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales - Leading and supervising the team in implementing growth strategies through training, motivation, and deployment - Staying updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales and marketing strategies - Providing feedback to the central product and policy team based on understanding of markets, competition, processes, and available products - Ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, processes, policies, and reports as per company systems Qualifications required for this role include a Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline.,
