As the Sales Manager for Unsecured Business Loans, your role will involve strategizing, sourcing, and managing a high-performing team to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You should have a deep understanding of the SME/MSME lending landscape, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to develop business through both direct and channel sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business loan disbursement targets. - Lead and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers. - Identify and develop new sourcing channels (DSAs, connectors, digital leads, etc.). - Drive business growth through client acquisition in the MSME segment. - Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular training sessions. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan processing and disbursements. - Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities. - Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. - Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduate, MBA is an additional advantage. - 3+ years of experience in sales of unsecured business loans or SME lending. - Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment. - Knowledge of local markets and industry trends. (Note: The company budget for this position is 5-6 LPA.)
