Sales Manager- Builders

You will be joining a Mangalore based construction company as a Sales Manager, responsible for leading sales operations and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing overall sales management and day-to-day operations. - Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets. - Ensuring recruitment and placement of the right candidates in all sales positions. - Developing, implementing, and monitoring effective sales strategies and plans. - Tracking, analyzing, and following up on sales activities to ensure consistent performance. - Conducting regular review meetings to evaluate team progress and performance. - Collaborating with senior management to align sales objectives with business goals. - Identifying opportunities for business expansion and new client acquisition. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree (Graduate) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving results. - An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
