Job Description

We require candidates for field-based sales positions for a coaching institute specialising in IIT-JEE and NEET admissions. The reporting office is located near Shamshabad Airport, Hyderabad, and the work area covers the entire Telangana and Andhra Pradesh region. Job Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analyse education trends to identify new opportunities. Visit schools, junior colleges, and coaching centres to build relationships with principals and decision-makers. Meet parents and students to promote courses, generate leads, and convert them into admissions. Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities with the team. Negotiate and finalize partnerships or tie-ups with schools and institutions. Gather customer feedback to support continuous service improvement. Maintain accurate CRM entries for meetings, leads, and conversions daily. Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update management regularly. Provide insights and updates to help management in informed decision-making.
