As the SaaS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the performance and development of the closing team. Your role will involve spearheading the sales strategy, managing the sales funnel, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. It is crucial that you possess strong leadership skills to build and nurture a high-performing team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a Winning Team: You will be tasked with recruiting, coaching, and managing a team of high-performing Account Executives to consistently exceed sales quotas. - Driving Revenue Growth: Your role will involve developing and executing a scalable sales strategy focused on acquiring new customers and increasing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). - Managing the Sales Funnel: You will oversee the entire sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring effective pipeline management in the CRM. - Accurate Forecasting: Providing precise and timely sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior leadership will be a key aspect of your role. - Setting and Tracking Quotas: You will establish and monitor team quotas and KPIs, fostering a culture of success and accountability. - Collaborating for Success: Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer acquisition process will be essential for achieving overall success. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas. - At least 2+ years of experience in a sales management role, specifically leading Account Executives or a closing team. - Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, LTV, Churn, CAC). - Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills. - Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
