Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the complete range of Bob’s Bath Fittings in the assigned region.
• Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales with dealers and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to provide insights on competitors, pricing, and trends.
• Maintain daily visit logs and reporting via company tools or formats.
• Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatches, and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
• Hardware stores
• Sanitaryware dealers
• Plumbing supply shops
• Tile/ceramic dealers and interior retailers
• Builder and contractor networks

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).

• Experience:

• Sales Executive: 3–4 years in bath fittings / sanitaryware / hardware.
• Area Sales Manager: 5–6 years in bath fittings / sanitaryware / hardware.
• Regional Sales Manager: 7–8 years in bath fittings / sanitaryware / hardware.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and local language (preferred).
• Must own an Android smartphone.
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently.
• Familiarity with local dealer/distributor networks will be a strong advantage.
