Job Description

Sales Executive Bath Fittings (Experience: 3-4 Years)Company: Bob's Bath Fitting Location: Uttar Pradesh & Madhya Pradesh (City-based travel) Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000/month + Incentives & AllowancesKey Responsibilities: Travel within the assigned zone to promote and sell the complete range of bath fittings. Build relationships with hardware stores and sanitaryware shops (primary focus). Engage additional trade channels: plumbing supply stores, ceramic dealers, interior suppliers, and builders vendors. Generate leads, pitch products, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure product satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain visit logs and share daily updates with the reporting manager. Requirements: Graduate with 3- 4 years of sales experience in bath fittings or a similar industry. Strong communication in Hindi; English is a plus. Must own an Android smartphone. Ability to work independently and efficiently plan sales routes. Local dealer/distributor knowledge is highly valued.
