Job Purpose

Sales Leader

developing regional sales strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in

  Electrical, Electronics, or Textile Engineering

• 15+ years of experience

  in Sales - preferably in

  MES systems

  or related industrial automation solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  regional sales strategies

  to achieve growth targets
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive networking
• Conduct

  consultative sales discussions

  to align solutions with customer needs
• Deliver impactful

  presentations, demos, and proposals

  to key stakeholders
• Manage the

  entire sales cycle

  — from lead generation to deal closure
• Collaborate closely with global teams (Belgium & Italy) for solution delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for

  upselling and expansion

• Monitor

  market trends, competition

  , and customer feedback
• Ensure

  CRM accuracy

  and effective pipeline management
• Represent BMSvision at

  industry events, trade shows, and forums
