Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Promote and sale the BMS products and solutions within the assigned geography.
  • Generate sales leads (Opportunity pipeline) from existing and new customers.
  • Understand /Discuss customer's needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Conduct presentation on products/solutions and demonstration.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales deals.
  • Achieve assigned growth targets and KPI - Month on Month basis.
  • Ensure field interactions with A & E and consultant community for product/solution approval
  • Develop a Channel Partner ecosystem within the assigned territory
  • Education/promotion and adoption of Channel Partner program Strategies in the field
  • Ensure field interaction with key ecosystem stakeholders for business development activities
  • Work closely with presales team for offer preparation/pilot approval/on-site assistance and any

related tasks

  • Close Interactions with technical teams for smooth job handover and follow-up for post sales

activities pertaining to outstanding payments or any related issue.

Preferred candidate profile

• Participate in monthly sales reviews for preparation of sales forecasts (Monthly/Quarterly

Update)

• Prepare sales MIS reports and present to management.

• Actively assist/participate in Sales and Marketing Events.

• All other tasks/duties assigned periodically by the organization/manager.

Required Skills: •

• 4 to 12 years experience in commercial and technical sales of BMS products and

solutions.

• Hands on experience on BMS design/field Sales and business development

• Have good experience in Channel development and Management.

• Education – Full time BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics and Electrical Engineering

with MBA in marketing is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Building Automation and HVAC controls.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to identify customer needs and convert it in to business.

• Shall possess good market intelligence

• Young, energetic, and quick learner will be encouraged.

• Willingness to travel across India

• Shall uphold organizational ethics and values.
