Job Summary: Homegenie Building Products Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team in Hyderabad to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Generate and convert B2B leads by targeting builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and project developers. Develop strategic plans to cover the entire Hyderabad region, expanding market reach and brand visibility. Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure adherence to sales processes. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive growth. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering 8 -13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials or construction-related products. Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership. Strong market knowledge of the Hyderabad region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and lead by example.
