Sales Manager – Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for
secured loan products
including
Business Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Home Loans
Lead and manage a
sales team
to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Handle and expand the
DSA channel
and open market sourcing
Build strong relationships with
DSA partners, connectors, and local market associates
Ensure sourcing of
quality loan proposals
and timely processing and disbursement
Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and MIS
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and regulatory guidelines
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen presence in the Hassan region

Candidate Profile

Experience:
Minimum
4 to 6 years
in
secured loans sales
Mandatory experience in
LAP / Mortgage Loans / Business Loans
Proven
team handling experience
in secured lending
Strong exposure to
DSA management and open market sales
Good knowledge of the
Hassan local market
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Age Criteria

Maximum age:
Up to
35 years
