Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role for Athen Maruti (Arena & Nexa) located in Nagercoil. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales team performance. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Sales Strategy development and Implementation skills Client Relationship Management skills Sales Team Management skills Market Analysis and Business Development skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets Prior experience in sales management Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
