🔹 You will be responsible for generating sales, managing key accounts, and growing business in your region.
🔹 The job needs strong technical knowledge, client handling skills, and the ability to travel frequently.
🔹 Understand company products and explain them to customers.
🔹 Generate leads, follow up, send quotes, and close orders.
🔹 Manage both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
🔹 Travel around 15 days/month to meet clients and build relationships.
🔹 Provide basic technical support and coordinate with technical/design teams.
🔹 Collect customer requirements and share with HO for solution design.
🔹 Work on CRM/ERP, prepare sales reports (MIS).
🔹 Monitor competitors and market trends.
🔹 Coordinate with dealers, agents, and HO.
🔹 Motivate and guide junior sales engineers.
🔹 Experience in B2B/B2C industrial sales (preferably mechanical/electrical).
🔹 Strong technical understanding.
🔹 Good communication (English + local language).
🔹 Analytical, organized, self-motivated.
🔹 MS Office + CRM/ERP skills preferred.
