Internal Sales Manager Defence & Aerospace

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a background in Defence & Aerospace We're looking for a passionate Internal Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Internal Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include preparing compelling sales proposals and budgetary quotes, responding to RFPs/RFIs in a timely manner, and building and managing a strong sales funnel to drive order closures. You will also be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with key clients and prospects, collaborating on trials related to RFPs/RFIs, and coordinating with tech support and delivery teams for order execution and installation. Additionally, you will track and follow up on all submitted RFPs/RFIs till closure, act as the primary point of contact for internal sales inquiries, and participate in expos, product demos, and client interactions. We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, with Hindi (spoken) being compulsory. Proficiency in English vocabulary and written communication is essential. The willingness to travel as per project requirements is a must, along with a working knowledge of GeM Portal and processes (preferred). Familiarity with IMTAR, DAP 2020, and MIL Standards is considered an added advantage. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and prior experience leading an internal sales team is a plus.
