We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, developing regional sales strategies, ensuring targets are achieved, and building strong client and channel partner relationships.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals in the assigned area.
Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives/Consultants.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets.
Monitor daily operations, sales performance, and team productivity.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute regional campaigns and activities.
Handle key accounts and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Generate and analyze sales reports and present them to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to travel within the assigned region.
