Job Summary:

Sales Manager – Alumina

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement

    strategic sales plans

    to achieve business targets in the

    alumina segment

    . (ONLY)
  • Identify and develop

    new business opportunities

    by expanding SNF’s presence in the mining industry.
  • Build and maintain

    strong relationships

    with key decision-makers and stakeholders in

    alumina refineries

    and other mining companies.
  • Conduct

    technical presentations, product trials, and demonstrations

    to showcase SNF’s capabilities and advantages.
  • Collaborate with the

    technical team

    to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
  • Provide

    market intelligence

    and updates on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure

    customer satisfaction

    by maintaining proactive communication and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Represent

    SNF India

    at industry

    conferences, trade shows, and networking events

    to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop, mentor, and lead a

    sales and technical service team

    to achieve regional and national sales budgets.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in

    Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemistry, or a related field

    . A

    Master’s degree

    would be advantageous.
  • 10-15 years

    of experience in

    sales within the mining industry

    , with a focus on

    chemical solutions for mineral processing

    .
  • Technical expertise

    in chemicals used for

    alumina production, flocculation, dust suppression, briquetting, and other mineral processing applications

    .
  • Experience in

    conducting on-site trials

    and providing technical support to clients.
  • Strong

    sales negotiation, communication, and presentation

    skills.
  • Ability to

    work independently

    and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively

    as per business requirements.
