This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets these targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients and developers, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team.
