Advik Realtors is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow. If you are passionate about real estate, have a strong track record in sales, and are well-versed with the Lucknow market, we’d love to hear from you!
✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead sales operations for residential and commercial projects.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to maximize sales opportunities.
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Lucknow market experience preferred).
• Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Well-presented and confident personality.
• Ability to handle clients independently and close deals effectively.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
