Job Description

As an experienced Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving business targets, and driving growth. Your strong leadership skills, retail experience, and passion for motivating teams will be crucial for delivering excellent results. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, train, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve store performance. - Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and identify areas for improvement. - Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high standard of service. - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional activities. - Ensure proper visual merchandising and stock management in stores. - Prepare and present sales reports to management. - Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the apparel field. - Plus Two (minimum) qualification. In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding staff, checking store performance, and maintaining smooth store activities. Your ability to lead the sales team effectively and implement successful sales strategies will be essential in achieving business targets and driving growth. Please note that the company has a gender preference for male candidates. The salary range for this position is between 15,000-20,000 per month. This is a full-time job that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
