Job Purpose

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Pune, Maharashtra. As a Sales Manager for our 2 Wheeler Loan division, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with customers in the 2 wheeler market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for 2 Wheeler Loan products
Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as direct sales, referrals, and partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures

Education Qualifications: Bachelors any degree
Experience : 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the 2 wheeler loan market
