Role & responsibilities Job Summary Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, providing after-sales support Job Responsibilities Preparing Tax-Invoices on Tally ERP for the orders received Maintaining records of dispatch summary of Customer Making Order Sheet Maintaining Customer Data Sheet To send dispatch detail to customer Maintaining Dispatch Details Follow up for vehicle status whether it has reached at destination on time or not Follow up for Purchase Order and Schedule with the concerned sales person To send Performa Invoice to customer Handling orders received by sales person by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
