Generate LAP leads through open market, cold calling, market visits, and connectors (builders, agents).
• Explain LAP product features, eligibility, ROI, documentation, and process to customers.
• Collect and verify complete property and financial documents.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Backend teams for file processing and disbursal.
• Meet monthly disbursement and login targets.
• Maintain MIS and submit daily reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Submit Updated CV, 3 month Pay slip, Highest education qualification Proof.
• One round of Online Interview.
• Carry proper documents for verification and offer.
