Why this role matters:

As our first Sales Leader, you’ll open doors in markets like the US and EU—whether that means you’ve sold Indian SaaS in these regions or a US SaaS transatlantically. You'll be our voice, helping leaders discover and adopt a totally new way to power high-performance teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build belief in a new category
• Connect with buyers and influencers within mid-to-large organizations in US/EU
• Shape and test early GTM strategies: outreach, messaging, demos, pilots
• Run the deal process, and floor ideas for early sales momentum

What We'd Love to See

• Proven experience selling SaaS into US/EU markets
• Comfortable selling emerging tools—not just tried-and-tested products
• A self-starting, test-and-learn mindset, especially in early-stage environments
