Job Description: NanoMicro is a technology startup specializing in the production of spherical, monodisperse particles through proprietary manufacturing processes. The company focuses on providing purification solutions for the small molecule and biopharmaceutical sectors across various industries. NanoMicro is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of India Sales Leader. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business plans to foster growth in the Biopharmaceutical market. - Effectively identify and manage new business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and implement strategies. - Keep abreast of market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events to increase product visibility. - Provide business development updates and analysis to senior management for decision-making. Qualifications: - A Master's degree in Life Sciences is required; a PhD is preferred. - Demonstrated success in business development within the biopharmaceutical sector. - Comprehensive understanding of upstream and downstream workflow processes. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as necessary to achieve business objectives.
