NanoMicro aims to expand its market share in biopharmaceutical purification and is seeking a dynamic individual to join as the India Sales Leader. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in the Biopharmaceutical market. - Identify and manage new business opportunities effectively. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers and team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and implement strategies. - Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events to enhance product visibility. - Provide business development updates and analysis to senior management for decision-making. Qualifications: - A Master's degree in Life Sciences is required; a PhD is preferred. - Proven track record in business development within the biopharmaceutical sector. - Thorough understanding of upstream and downstream workflow processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives.
