Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading software sales across the North India region for Siemens Digital Industries Software products. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, developing business opportunities, and managing a team to achieve strategic goals. As a Sales Leader, you will need to have expertise in enterprise software sales and a strong understanding of PLM, CAD/CAM/CAE, MES, and related Siemens Digital Industries solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end sales of Siemens Digital Industries Software portfolio including Designcenter, Simcenter, Teamcenter, Opcenter, and Mendix in the North India region. - Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in enterprise and mid-market accounts across various industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and energy. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Consult with C-level stakeholders, build relationships, and sell digital transformation solutions. - Negotiate and close large, complex deals with enterprise customers. - Develop and manage a team of individual contributors. - Collaborate with Siemens partner manager, sales orchestrators, and business development teams. - Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to shape the go-to-market strategy. - Work closely with marketing and technical teams to create demand-generation initiatives. - Represent Siemens in industry forums, conferences, and customer events. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - 15+ years of software sales experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles. - Strong track record in selling Siemens or similar enterprise software solutions. - Proven success in handling large enterprise accounts and driving multi-million-dollar deals. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to influence at the CXO level and manage complex sales cycles. - Strong understanding of manufacturing and process industries in India.,
