Lead and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
The candidate should be a hands-on leader who will be doing hands-on work 50% of the time.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to sales team members
Proven experience in a sales or business development role (3+ years),
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets
Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions
Experience in B2B/B2C sales (based on your business model)
Familiarity with digital sales tools and social selling strategies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
