Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in managing and responding to inquiries on IndiaMART
• Coordinate and follow up with leads generated from the IndiaMART platform
• Help prepare and send quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documents to potential customers
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM or Excel for accurate reporting and data management
• Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and customers
• Assist in resolving customer queries and providing timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports on IndiaMART sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other KPIs
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
