Sales Intern (US Shift) – Prospecting & Demo Generation

US Shift (EST / PST overlap)

3–6 Months Internship (PPO based on performance)

1. Prospecting & Lead Research
  • Use

    Apollo

    to identify ICP-fit prospects (US mid-market & enterprise)
  • Build clean, high-quality lead lists (role, industry, intent signals)
  • Continuously improve targeting based on response & demo data
2. Outbound Campaign Execution
  • Run

    email + LinkedIn outbound campaigns

  • Personalize messaging for US buyers (Sales, Enablement, HR, RevOps)
  • A/B test subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and sequences
  • Iterate campaigns

    weekly based on open, reply, and demo rates

3. Demo Generation
  • Handle inbound replies and qualify leads quickly
  • Book demos with US prospects for the sales/founder team
  • Follow up aggressively but professionally (US-style cadence)
4. Reporting & Learning
  • Track daily metrics: leads added, emails sent, replies, demos booked
  • Share insights on what messaging, ICPs, and industries work best
  • Learn how modern B2B SaaS sales works end-to-end
Must-Have
  • Comfortable working

    US shift

  • Strong written and spoken English (clear, confident, professional)
  • Willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate
  • Hustle mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Prior exposure to

    Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot

  • Interest in B2B SaaS, AI, Sales Enablement, or Tech products
  • Experience in cold outreach (email / LinkedIn / calls)
