Sales Intern

The Sales Intern role at Ecoterra Biodesign offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of design, sustainability, and innovation. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, engaging in sales activities, providing training, and handling sales management tasks. This part-time hybrid role, based in Ahmedabad with the option for remote work, will allow you to support both B2B and B2C sales efforts for our premium acoustic products. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in lead generation, conducting client outreach, building relationships, pitching products to architects, designers, businesses, and institutions, organizing product demos, presentations, and follow-ups, as well as collaborating with the marketing and product team to enhance the sales pipeline. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach, the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team, and ideally have prior experience in sales or customer service. A passion for selling niche or premium products, understanding of B2B/B2C sales and business development, eagerness to learn and grow, and a self-starter attitude are highly valued qualities. An interest in sustainability, architecture, or design is a bonus.
